For adults:
In the first workshop of each series you'll learn crucial terminology, put your knowledge into practice in scenario work, determine your legal and ethical responsibilities, and go in depth with an ask-me-anything style panel of speakers with experience relevant to your group.
For intermediate and advanced classes, contact us so we can determine the specific needs of your group.
All of our workshops include explicit, direct instruction, a question & answer session, and a panel of volunteer speakers who freely share their relevant stories. We will need to share a minimum of 2 hours together to dig into these important topics in a meaningful way.
Workshop pricing begins at $750 for for-profit businesses, and $450 for non-profit organizations or other groups.
Flexible pricing is available for those in need.
We pay our storyteller panelists for sharing their time and experience. That price is bundled into workshops with panels; standalone panels will incur a cost of $100-200 to cover 3-6 storytellers.
For youth:
Participants in these interactive sessions get an understanding of how gender, sexuality, race, accessibility, and other intersections may and may not effect life out in the world. We will focus on terminology, how to have respectful conversations around these topics, and how young people can grow into advocates for themselves and the people around them.
These workshops can each be scaled to fit into a 45 minute to 120 minute classroom session. Each presentation is directly relevant to the age group, from 5th-12th grades.
Pricing is $250-$375, depending on length of workshops, number of workshops, and number of youth in each group.
Flexible pricing is available for those in need.
For classrooms, we can also do classroom session panels with no workshop. We train panelists with diverse backgrounds and hand pick speakers for your classroom, so your students may see themselves reflected.
Contact us for panel pricing and to discuss your panelist needs. English, Spanish, Mandarin, Lakota, and Italian languages are currently spoken by our youth specialist panelists.
